Tier 2 — Growth Partner

25% referral fee + $500/mo. Your $500 goes entirely to ads in your market — run by us, reported to you monthly, unspent money rolls over. You co-invest, so you keep more of every closing. Katnip free.

Tier 3 — Solo Agent Marketing Package

$1,000/mo + your ad spend. Our marketing machine runs your brand — campaigns, content, and the follow-up system, all worked in Katnip, included. As your ad spend grows, the package steps up with it. You keep 100% of your commissions — no referral split.
